From my experience as a Claims Manager at Airbnb, I transitioned into freelancing as a Property Manager for short-term vacation rentals. For a year, I took on the front-line role, assisting guests from their first inquiry to the end of their stay. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of hospitality, allowing me to ensure seamless vacations and create memorable guest experiences.
After my role as a Property Manager, I continued freelancing but shifted to part-time to prioritize my daughter and cherish more time with her. For a year, I balanced motherhood with being a Social Media Manager and taking on project-based work, crafting impactful landing pages with automation. This journey allowed me to focus on my passions while staying present for my family.

This year, I’m stepping up to fully embrace my journey as a Technical VA and a Web Designer in the making—because designing websites and landing pages truly brings me joy!
